• Excellent writing and caption editing skills in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in content management systems, graphic design software (Canva), and social media platforms.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify, propose new channels and develop new/improving existing channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans. Manage social media channels: Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Email Marketing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Line.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with the Travel & Tours voice and resonates with Parlo Tours' target audience.
• Create high-quality digital content, including blog posts, marketing copy, social media posts, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content and increase engagement.
