Responsible for IT infrastructure of Group of Companies such as IT project planning, design, implementation, the enhancement of servers, network and security. Perform system routine maintenance, monitor health and performance i.e server backup, monitoring, firewall, anti-virus, desktop, software & firmware updates, routers, switches and other networking devices. Managing and maintaining MS environment including MS365, MS Outlook and MS Teams. Accountable for IT procurement and maintain IT inventory, system licensing and renewal. To oversee daily IT operations (Technical support, Troubleshooting, Hardware, software and network issues), processes and security control to ensure efficiency and reliability of IT service delivery to users. Responsible for User Management including enrolment for new employees, device management, deactivation for offboarding and etc. Establish the IT Policies, responsible for the enforcement of policies for all IT systems and ensure its compliance. Negotiating with and managing of vendors / business partners. Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement Responsible for preparation, monitoring and tracking of IT Budget or any IT related projects. To develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan. Liaise with vendor in keeping up-to-date and improving as well as maintaining the corporate website and social media.

Job Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System or equivalent Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, operations, architecture and network infrastructure. Familiarity with various Operating Systems Good communication skills and able to communicate well with all levels of management. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be proficient in MS Office application. Good command of written in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, routers, switches etc.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
