About the role

At Swiss Re we are building a Risk Data & Service Platform (RDS) with a strive to deliver outstanding risk insights and services to our customers based on risk data and advanced analytics to make corporates and ultimately the world more resilient. You can find out more about our current offering .

We are looking for new colleague who will work closely with the Head of Platform, the Delivery Lead, and the Product team to ensure the best possible onboarding experience of clients and increase our conversion rate of trials and client retention. Initially the focus will lie on creating and delivering a signature digital twin experience for clients. A Digital Twin Service Agent will support you.

Your main responsibilities are:

New service offering (strategic direction)

  • Create a new service offering for clients potentially with different service levels and lead the validation and adaptation process for the right Service-Market fit
  • Support the definition of an end-to-end process to create and enrich a unique digital twin for each client (from contract signing, to onboarding, data upload & first use)
  • Define guidelines for the creation of the digital twin combining solution-specific data requirements, data quality checks and improvement suggestions
Client engagement
  • Engage with clients throughout the onboarding and digital twin process - always focusing on delivering the best possible experience to clients
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow-through to resolution
  • Ensure value is maximized for clients by providing the best quality of a digital twin with the available data
Execution & Quality control
  • Deliver the service and continuously improve it
  • Keep accurate records and support the definition of measurable outcomes to improve delivery
  • Provide input on data features of the platform to ensure a continuous improvement loop between delivered experience and platform product
  • Ensure quality of client deliverables
Leadership
  • Mentor and develop the team member(s) and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Support the long-term vision for the team beyond the digital twin / onboarding experience

About You

  • Proficient in using technology and setting-up systems for clients
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Success in this role will be realized through championing client needs and willingness to dig deep into the solution requirements and client\'s data to deliver high quality output and an unparalleled experience. It will require a standard process, but an individual assessment per client.

Business proficiency in English is needed. The role might require occasional travel.
