Job Description


: The Problem and Major Incident Manager will manage the IT Problems lifecycle across Digital & IM APAC by identifying, prioritizing and assigning responsibilities for D&IM technical problems. They will facilitate problems through to conclusion, ensuring lessons learnt and knowledge is captured in appropriate systems and in accordance with applicable policies. Using the ITIL definition for Problems, the Problem and Major Incident Manager must have the ability to establish subject matter experts and key stakeholders for identified problems. They will coordinate responses to Major Incidents impacting the APAC region, by engaging with the relevant Product & Service Lines (PSLs) within Digital & IM, ensuring timely resolutions and communications to impacted stakeholders are maintained. As a member of the Digital & IM Governance team, they will be responsible for ensuring proper governance of processes and methodologies used to conduct root cause analysis, rectifications and preventative actions.
- Manage & coordinate all problem management activities ensuring root cause analysis & prevention is identified - Proactively detect & prevent future problems/incidents - Prepare statistics, KPI and trend reports for use in the problem management process - Identify problems through the review and focus on optimizing processes - Coordinate, convene and facilitate major incident and problem review meetings within PSLs - Manage and maintain information stored in the problem database i.e. ServiceNow - Ensure the problems progress through the Problem Management process in a timely and prioritized fashion - Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary toothers and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and CodeOf Conduct. - Carry out any other task as directed by the superior Education : Degree in IT, Business or related field Experience : 5-10 years experience in IT Management Relevant industry certification, including ITIL (SFIA, COBIT, TOGAF, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, etc) Skills:
- Experienced Problem Manager in a highly performing environment - Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment - Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and developers across the business at all levels - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers and architects This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
