Assist in the presentation of dim sum dishes to ensure they are visually appealing and align with the restaurant\'s standards.
Assist with various cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, baking, and boiling, under the guidance of the Dim Sum Chef.
Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of dim sum items.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including the proper storage and labelling of ingredients.
Collaborate with the Dim Sum Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and smooth service.
