Job Summary This role is to support RBC Asia Pacific Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience (APAC BCM & OpRes) Head in implementing and running BCM and OpRes programs in APAC region, with a focus in Malaysia and Singapore. This will include business continuity planning activities such as Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan Maintenance and Exercises Coordination, Execution and Reporting; as well as operational resilience planning activities such as Service Categorization, Harm Assessment, Dependency Mapping, Scenario Testing and Self-Assessment Reporting. This role will also act as the Secretary and Recovery Advisor to the Incident Management Teams. Additional geographical coverage and/or responsibilities may be assigned to this role as per business requirement.Promote, support and provide business continuity, operational resilience and incident management expertise to all business and functional units within the assigned countries and other locations / businesses in the APAC region and serve as the single point of contact for these locations / businesses.Support APAC BCM & OpRes program development and facilitate ongoing management and program enhancements including delivery of trainings, simulations and internal and external exercises. Provide additional support, as needed, in the development and ongoing management of the global business continuity, operational resilience and incident management programs.Ensure that business continuity and operational resilience programs in the assigned locations meet global BCM and OpRes policies, standards, procedures and regulatory requirements and aligned to the business needs in the APAC region.
