Role Responsibilities The Director of Change & Transformation in Data & Privacy will: Work closely with businesses, functions, CDO and global senior management at the onset of change programmes to understand requirements, limitations and business objectives. Develop and execute communication plans and engagement strategies to drive adoption and achieve business goals for the individual sprints as well as overall Data Privacy & Transformation programme. Work closely with the squads and training colleagues to meet overall objectives as set out in each epic and delivered over sprints. Provide credible advice on engagement initiatives and communication materials that support and are aligned with the transformation programme&rsquos objectives. Work closely with and centrally coordinate squad members and scrum masters to lead and adjust the communication deliverables in a timely manner. Work with and engage key stakeholders (businesses, functions, product owners etc) throughout the transformation journey to understand change implications and deliver corresponding communication solutions in accordance with product deliverables, objectives and timelines. Actively present to and influence stakeholders in physical/virtual meetings or with written / produced content. Gather and act on feedback to facilitate stakeholder engagement, buy in and adoption. Track communication results to measure effectiveness and plan (as well as execute) the next course of action. Partner with relevant partners (e.g. TTO and CDO Communications) to drive and communicate organisational change initiatives as part of the data privacy transformational programme. Create supporting communication materials (FAQs, talking points etc.) to align leadership messaging regarding data privacy and transformation. Create comprehensive &ldquosnapshots" of change initiatives in relation to one another, business relevance and user impact. Align data privacy and transformation communications agenda to CDO communications and overall Group CDO strategy. The ideal candidate: Understands/ is familiar with the agile way of working and working in an agile environment (experience in agile ways of working is a plus). Has excellent interpersonal, organisational, research, writing capabilities and verbal communication skills. Is a strong team player who can interact with colleagues at all levels and has experience building strong relationships. Is comfortable with technology rollouts. Possesses executive presence and strong management skills to manage and engage senior stakeholders. Embraces a growth mindset and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. Demonstrates a willingness and ability to work independently, think creatively and shift gears depending on changing priorities and deadlines. Is intellectually curious, analytical and willing to take responsibility for all communication output under him/her. Possesses enthusiasm, a sense of humour, discretion and the ability to manage stress as well as maintain a positive working environment. Can manage different personalities, deadlines, risks and challenges. Is a self-starter, independent, adaptable, proactive and resourceful. Identifies, flags and advises on any concerns about the sprints early on and in a productive manner. Has experience working in matrix organisations or large corporations. Training, Awareness & Change Adoption Increase awareness of data & privacy risk and processes within the assigned Business / Functions by supporting training programs, maintaining and uplifting supporting procedures and materials Ensure training needs of Business/Functions are shared with the Training Lead in the Programme and help to support/design appropriate training delivery accordingly. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values, Valued Behaviours, and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Prior experience in banking or financial services is NOT required. Selected candidates will be required to go through a short-written assessment. Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications : Degree in Communications, Change Management, Project Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of strategic communications and/or change management experience Background in writing, project management or formulating business strategies.
