Application of standards, identification of best practices, and deployment for Industrial Engineering methodologies at site
Deliver manufacturing productivity, output increase, sustainability, cost, and other operational targets
Be responsible for productivity for FE site with tactically and strategically focus on as well as Economy of Scale (EoS)
Monitor and improve operational performance metrics based on holistic performance management with clearly defined KPIs with best-in-class benchmarks. Metrics include operational cost, capacity investments, productivity, output increase (capacity expansion), quality, reliability (automation)
Capability to lead local team of experts (
10FTEs) * Implement and push for best practices applied Industrial Engineering methodologies using digitalized tools to create value from data
Partner with stakeholders like Digital Manufacturing, Operational Planning & Controlling, Production, and others to support systematic enhancements and best practice sharing among sites to drive efficiency

Profound experience (5+ years) in Operations and Manufacturing Excellence in a global working environment
Sound experience (5+ years) in leadership of expert teams
Extensive project and program management skills and experience driving manufacturing site transformations with proven long-term sustainability
Experienced in coaching of structured problem solving, critical thinking
Has worked in a cross-functional, matrixed organization collaborating with Industrial Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Facilities Management, and Operational Planning to execute a manufacturing excellence strategy.
Deep know-how in Industrial Engineering and Lean-6-Sigma methods, skills, and tools for productivity enhancement like Factory Physics/OCM, OEE, IEE, OOE, OME, DMAIC process/PDCA, Applied Statistics, DOE, A3, 5S, Reliability Centered Maintenance, SMED, JIT, Automation, VSM, Kaizen/CI, Process Mining, Digital Twin Operating Curve Mgmt
Worked and has cultural experience in Europe, Asia, and North America
YOU MUST HAVE
Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Semiconductor Engineering or related field
5+ years\' experience in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Performance Improvements, transformation projects, business process improvements, factory physics
Experience in factory digitization
Experience deploying daily management processes for factory performance management
