Role Responsibilities Summary As part of the global UK Audit and Corporate Governance (UK ACG) programme, the purpose of the role is to support the IT Application Controls (ITAC) and the central GITC sub-streams in relation to strategy, planning & coordination across the SOX discovery and control testing phases of the workstreams to successfully deliver the IT application control programme stream. Responsible for developing and maintaining robust ITAC sprint testing roadmaps (in conjunction with the ITAC test stream lead), including ensuring essential resources are available (from both the central SOX ITAC testing team, KPMG resources and ensuring availability and agreement of ITAC TOO critical resources) The role requires extensive stakeholder liaison and engagement across Group, Business, Functions and TTO resources, including TTO risk & control teams to ensure successful availability of key resources needed to participate in the ITAC sprints, post sprint quality assurance reviews & subsequent post remediation testing. Run the project workstream meetings and maintain the ITAC risk & issue logs Responsible for coordination of delivery and tracking completion of tasks across different workstreams. Strategy Develop and maintain ITAC and GITC timelines and planning artefacts and assist in preparing project plans, projects packs and any other material required by the programme steering committee as required. Coordinate sprint planning / testing activities across all relevant teams and impacted resources (including in-scope TTO application teams, central SOC ITAC control testing team, KPMG, process / control owners in TTO &/or business, other TTO risk & control teams including those in-country) as required to ensure each sprint has a detailed plan, timelines are met, all required resources are available, test scripts have been prepared in a timely fashion. Coordinate with all relevant teams (ITAC test team, TTO risk and control, CIO, CISO, CISRO, IT resilience) to maintain an up to date, complete and accurate ITAC controls listing, identify and agree evidence that needs to be provided to support testing and assurance activities. Responsible for ensuring testing timelines are communicated to all involved parties, including businesses and functions, to ensure that projects are run cohesively end-to-end, and with minimal impact and risk to the business, function or clients and any obstacles in relation to planning are identified and resolved. Work with KPMG to plan, schedule and coordinate the availability of internal resources to support ITAC QA reviews post sprint testing Anticipate and propose solutions where conflicting priorities arise. Liaise with counterparts to ensure any changes implemented are complementary to the overall Bank strategy. Coordinate strategic planning activities associated with the automation / efficiency of ongoing ITAC control testing. Track progress of ITAC testing milestones and sprints Business Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders on related projects, collaborating closely. Work closely with businesses and functions impacted by relevant projects to solve issues and spot opportunities as they arise. Processes Manage successful coordination of sprint planning (or re-planning) activities, from timelines to resource allocation to execution and closure to ensure successful delivery of each sprint within time, budget and scope Proactively engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in for the sprints and manage escalations and expectations accordingly, including establishing an ITAC steerco with representation from TTO CIO\'s Manage coordination issues across sprints for ITAC and GITC workstreams make recommendations on approach for solutions, after coordination of inputs from relevant stakeholders. Ensure project updates are accurate and timelines Provide a single point of contact for the ITAC test leads to raise planning coordination matters. Project management, meeting planning, agenda, minutes and running workstream meetings as required.
