As Neutrovis continues to expand regionally focusing on high-quality FMCG products and solutions to provide superior protection for every ASEAN household and beyond, we are now looking for dynamic and agile marketeers to champion new categories namely business units. To champion & spearhead: An entirely new business unit in Neutrovis, rolling out new range of products under the assigned category The marketing piece of the new category, driving it\'s brand presence first locally and subsequently regionally The P&L of the new category, ensuring marketing budget & plans are in line to maximize Neutrovis\' sales, regional brand presence and impactful campaigns Driving close collaboration across all other internal functional departments to ensure NPD and brand projects alongside objectives are in-tact To setup, manage & mentor a local team of marketing & brand management individuals whom will drive strategies and execution plans Criteria: Relevant Head of Marketing / BU Head / NPD Lead experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical OTC industries Minimum of 5 - 8 years of team management exposure Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or any related discipline Entrepreneurial, able to visualize new product conceptualization and subsequently drive the strategy piece onto ground executions Formidable stakeholder management & commendable presentation spokesperson Detail-oriented when it comes to category P&L and departmental reporting Several openings available as the brand founder intends to grow & expand into multiple FMCG product categories
