The Opportunity: Agoda is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of HR who will be responsible for developing and executing human resources, talent management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies that align with the company\'s mission, values, and growth objectives. with expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This role will play a pivotal part in driving Agoda\'s commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and the evolution of our workplace culture. The Director will work closely with other departments to develop and implement initiatives that align with Agoda\'s values and business goals. This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and works closely with the executive leadership team In this Role, you\'ll get to: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company\'s business goals and growth plans. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company\'s values and promotes employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Champion and monitor DEI efforts by developing and implementing strategies to create an inclusive and equitable workplace. Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company\'s values and contribute to its positive impact on society and the environment. Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and track key HR metrics. Partner with leadership to assess organizational needs and structure, making recommendations for improvements as the company grows. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, and employees What you\'ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). Minimum of 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on CSR, DEI, or workplace transformation. Strong understanding of HR functions including CSR best practices, DEI principles, and trends in the workplace. Proven track record of implementing successful CSR and DEI initiatives in a corporate setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
