Director of EngineeringNES Fircroft are currently working with international Data Centre developer, owner & operator with large portfolio across Asia, who are looking to hire an Engineering Director for their site in Johor.Responsibilities;

• Project Management: Supporting the delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
• Innovation: Fostering innovation in the data center design and delivery, leveraging opportunities to enhance the company's platform across the region.
• Leadership and Culture: Demonstrating high personal integrity and professionalism, promoting an inclusive environment and contributing to a high-performance culture within the engineering team and acting as a role model and support the Head of Engineering in leading the team.

• Proven strong experience in design and delivery, ideally someone with strong leadership experience across engineering and operations in highly reputable companies.
• Preferred background in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• More than 15+ years of experience with track record of delivery (design, engineering, project management) and operations of large construction projects
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers and vendors.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
• Innovative mindset with a strong drive to enhance engineering solutions.

• They are open to candidates from other industries, data centre experience is nice to have but not essential.
• Relocation packages are avaialble where required
