• Develops Catering account portfolios, sales goals and strategies. Ensures alignment with overall hotel's business strategy.
• Leads the Events Management team in generating and developing leads for Catering segments (Corporate, Socials, Government & Associations). Handles the negotiation and converts leads into confirmed business.
• Closely monitor daily sales activities of the Events Management team and the business productions of each team member.
• Establishes Catering revenue budget and forms accurate forecast to guide the Events selling strategies and activities.
• Develops and maintains potential clients' database and ensures proper documentation of account activities.
• Ensures effective communication and cohesive working relationships within the team, the Marketing division, Food & Beverage division, and with other departments.
• Establishes objective and goals for the Events Management team. Motivates and directs staff to achieve the set revenue goals in Marketing Plan.
• Effectively utilizes Delphi reports and Events revenue management tools to optimize revenue and productivity.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Proficient in event management software and computer applications.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
