We are looking for Director of Food & Beverage

Job Summary:

  • Ensures overall administration and operational of Food & Beverage Division including maximize profits including reviewing departmental profit and loss performance, and enforce quality standards, as well as maintaining high level of staff engagement and guest satisfaction according to the Hotel standard.
  • Lead the team to achieve business results and manage cost base in accordance with the annual F&B budget and KPIs by monitoring and enhancing staff productivity, conducting cost-efficient measures by utilizing operating equipment and optimal manpower deployment and creating business and revenue improvement strategies.
  • Ensuring that the operation within areas of responsibilities complies with the SOP requirements and all staff are well trained and perform according to the SOP requirements and standards including the HACCP compliance.
  • Maintains a healthy, reliable, and harmonious working relationship with internal business partners and external stakeholder to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • Degree or higher diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Management.
  • A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience of diverse F&B operations in renowned hotels or well-established catering operations with 3 years or more in a role of managing multiple outlets.
  • Passion for customer service; clear focus on the customer needs and trends to meet customer satisfaction; and creativity and flair to exceed customer expectation.
  • Sound food and beverage knowledge in international cuisine and wine & spirits; knowledge of HACCP compliance; and knowledge of financial statement and experience in budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership skills and mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, creative, well-organized, detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
