RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership: Provide effective leadership by aligning institutional and divisional missions, policies, and goals with nursing staff. Supervision: Supervise Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Reporting: Report to the Chief Nursing Officer on daily operational issues within the nursing department. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular rounds with nurse managers to assess and monitor quality of care, legal responsibilities, and risk management practices. Patient Care Standards: Uphold high standards of care for all patients, ensuring their well-being and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as Director of Nursing / Assistant / Deputy level, demonstrating comprehensive nursing knowledge and leadership skills. Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Council with a valid practising license. Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, strategic planning, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
