Job Description




As the Director of Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant\'s daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, a keen understanding of culinary trends, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Guest Experience:
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day all restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservation management, and table turnover.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
Menu Development and Quality Control:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance the restaurant menu.
  • Monitor and maintain food and service quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage restaurant budgets, forecasting revenue and controlling expenses.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive traffic and increase revenue.
  • Build relationships with local communities and explore partnerships to enhance the restaurant\'s visibility.
Work Experience
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
