Job Purpose

The role is responsible to plan, lead, and provide strategic direction, expertise, and support in the establishment and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Management (CM) frameworks and policies as approved by MARA Corporation. The role is also responsible to collaborate with subsidiaries and business functions to ensure robust and effective risk, compliance, and governance practices are in place across the Group.

In addition, the role oversees all aspects of integrity, compliance, and governance functions by providing executive leadership, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Master's in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Law, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Internal Audit. Possession of professional certifications such as:
Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO)
Certified Risk Practitioner (CRP)
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) shall be an added advantage.

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in integrity, governance, internal audit, risk management, or compliance, with a proven track record in driving organizational change and achieving strategic objectives. Experience in Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) implementation and Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) monitoring mechanisms is highly desirable. Solid background in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Management (CM) including policy development and framework implementation.

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
