Job Description


  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to checkout
  • Supervise room attendants, butlers, concierges, etc. to ensure that they provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, to ensure they meet the standards of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s brand
  • Ensuring all guests are greeted warmly during check-in until check-out.
  • Working together with the housekeeping department to ensure that housekeepers are properly trained on how to clean different types of rooms and equipment correctly.
  • Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Reviewing the condition of guest rooms after each cleaning and providing feedback to housekeeping supervisors about any issues that need to be addressed
  • Reviewing guest reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in the guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:
