Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all security operations within the hotel. * Develop and implement security policies, emergency response plans, and risk management procedures.

• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and training programs.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and external security providers.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to hotel security standards.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life, and safety regulations.
• Manage investigations related to security incidents, loss prevention, and theft cases.

• Degree or diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and investigative skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
