Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible for performance management by setting effective indicators, monitoring & driving improvement in the area of quality (NLoZD, FARs), productivity (NLoP, GCM projects) & speed(new product/ technologies ramp-up). To deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost. Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are met understanding of key parameters definition and controls. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Possess Technical degree in engineering discipline. More than 10 years of experience in assembly and test engineering.
