YOU MUST HAVE:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or business (preferably Supply Chain)

\xc2\xb7 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in a global company

\xc2\xb7 3+ years in a leadership role within Supply Chain, Procurement leadership

\xc2\xb7 Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding on deliverables and timeframes.

\xc2\xb7 Creation and implementation of result-oriented Management Operating System

\xc2\xb7 Strategic Planning: Ability to define the problem/issue and create effective strategies to manage our connected technology solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent collaboration & negotiation skills: Ability to understand stakeholder needs, negotiate complex issues and total value offerings to our stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Strategic Sourcing solutioning skills with the ability to define the problem/issue and create effective strategies to manage our technology solutions

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process design, change management, testing, and deployments

\xc2\xb7 Self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team

\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience communicating with senior leadership

Experience developing and driving standard processes/tools across a diverse environment
