Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. Strategic Customer Group is recruiting for a Director Strategic Contracting (DSC), Institutional Business Group. The position is a field-based role with accounts located across the Eastern half of the US. Up to 50% travel may be required.

The DSC will be responsible for developing and maintaining contracts in targeted accounts while also serving as the lead for pre-launch Bota-Vec engagements.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Positions Janssen brands to achieve optimal formulary access through the creation and management of contracts within assigned single-BU accounts (approximately 20)
Proactively assesses market trends and anticipates contractual opportunities in targeted accounts
Works closely with KAM partners in targeted accounts to evaluate and mobilize on contract needs and to keep KAM updated through contract development process
Proactively engages VAP and Offer Development to present contract concepts, review current strategies and profitability in aligned accounts
Conducts quarterly Business Reviews with targeted accounts to review Contract and Product performance and value
Serves as primary IBG Bota-Vec lead for accounts aligned to East geography
Reports to National Field Director
