Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionJob PurposeSupport the Pod in operational, compliance and administrative activities.The Pod, comprising of functional-agnostic primary points of contacts between the customer and Roche, focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. They also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the healthcare ecosystem.Required to collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional team members, as well as with external stakeholders.All Roche employees are expected to practice high standards of compliance with both external and internal policies and regulations as well as participate and be involved in SHE initiatives within the Company.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesSupport the Pod in operational, compliance and administrative activities. These activities typically encompass the functional areas of medical, marketing and sales.Complete tasks as assigned, according to the agreed timelines.OthersComplete all GxP & other training modules as assigned as part of onboarding.(if applicable)Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as required by the business.Education / Qualifications:Degree in pharmacy, chemistry or science related field.Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in basic computer software/applicationsWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
