Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and storage areas.
Check and ensure all cleaned items are properly dried, polished, and stored.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and waste disposal duties.
Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow hygiene and safety standards according to company policies and regulations.
Support kitchen team during peak hours when required.
