Clean dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand
Ensure floors are swept and mopped, trash is taken out, and surfaces are wiped down to avoid cross-contamination
Properly organize and store cleaned dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in their designated places.
Assist cooks and kitchen staff by providing clean pots, pans, and kitchen utensils as needed during busy service hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring dishes and surfaces are sanitized appropriately.
Occasionally help clean up at the end of shifts, disposing of trash, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
Job Requirement:
