Responsibilities:

Responsible for collecting and delivering Equipment, parcels, letters, office documents, bank-in cheques and other ad hoc dispatch duties promptly. Good working attitude, well discipline, dedicated, healthy, flexible, responsible and committed to successful completion of all tasks/jobs given. Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule. Standby on ad-hoc / emergency arrangement. Ensure cleanliness and take good care of the vehicles provided. Ensure safety and comply with all the road & traffic rules while on duty. Ensure company vehicles compliance with Puspakom requirements. Register collected item into system with correct information Update Collection & Delivery system Update Delivery Order system and follow-up Delivery Order from customer Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.


Requirements:

A minimum of SPM or equivalent. Possess valid driving license (GDL) with good driving skills. Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position with at least 2 years' experience. High level of integrity: honest, trustworthy and diligent. Ability to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to prioritize work with good time management skills. Ability to work under pressure. Familiar with Penang, Prai, Batu Kawan, Simpang Empat, Sungai Petani areas Know how to use Waze or Google Map and good eyesight. Do not have any previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offences. Carry our routine inspection on the Van to ensure that it is always in good condition. To report immediately to the superior if there are any accidents or issues with the Company properties, vehicle, goods, etc. Age below 35 years old
