To deliver or collect documents to/from office - ensuring all assigned documents sent in timely manner.
Perform official banking matters and duties such as bank in cheque.
Responsible to update movement and information accurately in the group without any falsehoods.
Arrange all task according to the urgency.
Resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly and professionally.
2. OFFICE ASSISTANT
Support the administrative team with record-keeping.
Maintain a clean & organized office environment.
Assist in buying or managing office supplies, inventory and pantry needed.
Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Perform general administration and ad-hoc duties as directed by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Possess at least SPM level or equivalent.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Candidate familiar with roads and addresses in Johor Bahru to ensure efficiency of their tasks.
Physically fit & mentally alert.
Must be punctual, trustworthy and hardworking.
Must possess own motorcycle with the relevant driving licenses.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Saturday ( 9am to 1pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
