Job Description

s:

Prepare manpower schedules and allocate staff accordingly Attend daily loading, unloading, and shunting operations Coordinate emergency response procedures in case of oil spills Make SOPs and train workers on compliance and operational procedures Provide daily operational reports on tanker status, cargo volumes, and dispatch timelines to BU Make daily task completion reports and submit to Plant Manager via TEAMS Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and cargo handling Record and maintain documentation for ISO audits Assist in weighbridge ticket printing Conduct inspections to ensure cargo integrity and prevent spillage or contamination Check stock levels of seals and filter bags Ensure daily housekeeping of weighbridge station Achieve record-keeping standards required for ISO audits Attend ISO audits and support compliance activities Inspect hoses and replace as needed; report issues to UCAC Carry out stocktakes with BU and Finance Attend calibration services for weighbridge and platform scales Report machinery problems and coordinate maintenance

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or related field Minimum 1-3 years' experience in dispatch, logistics, or operational support Knowledge of tanker operations, weighbridge procedures, and cargo handling Familiarity with ISO standards and audit requirements Good organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills Ability to supervise and train staff on SOPs Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
