Dispatch cum admin



Job Responsibilities

Deliver and collect documents/parcels to/from client offices, banks, government bodies. Drive to various locations as required for company errands. Ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of items. Update office staff on delivery status and maintain simple records. Handle documents and goods carefully, ensuring confidentiality. Assist with basic office tasks when needed. Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management when required

Job Requirements

Must posses own transport (Motorbike) 1-2 years of experience in a similar dispatch or driver role. Posses a valid driving license and a clean driving record Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Good communication skills and able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Adhere strictly to Malaysian road safety rules and traffic regulations.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
