Dispatch Rider
Job Description
o Deliver spare parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner using a motorcycle.
o Pick up parts from suppliers or vendors as instructed by the owner.
o Ensure all deliveries and pickups are documented accurately, including obtaining vendor/customer signatures and collecting receipts when necessary.
o Arrange and organize spare parts within the company's storage areas upon delivery.
o Assist in inventory checks and stock management to ensure accurate record-keeping.
o Report any discrepancies or issues with parts inventory to the owner.
o Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors to ensure repeat business.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the owner.
o Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
o Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
o Knowledge of automotive spare parts and components is an advantage.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
