Job Description

Receive and respond to calls or messages for internal requests Schedule and dispatch documents / goods to appropriate locations based on requests or service needs Monitor the status and location of dispatch using tracking systems and resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected delays Communicate with staffs and any related parties to provide updates or changes in schedule Always coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Job Requirements:



At least 2 years of proven experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant administrative or logistics role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities with positive working attitude Able to work well under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and remain flexible in dynamic situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
