Tanggungjawab Job Responsibilities: DC Security manager use leadership and problem-solving skills to manage distribution centre security and preventing asset/stock loss Offer support and guide to DC GM on overcoming security/stock loss challenges. Ensuring DC secured all the time and Deliver stock loss numbers as per business target. Ensure all security and stock loss policies implement 100% in DC. Ability to highlight concern back to central team and work collaboratively to identify solution. Ensure that security system been used in DC and colleagues are trained on how to use systems Support business on security/ stock loss related investigations. Manage/Train security officer to get best performance from every individual. Build good reputation with local authorities to gain support. Ensuring all security/ stock loss related incident escalated to business as per policies.
