Position Title Operations Manager Industry Distributor Wholesales (F&B) Location HQ (Shah Alam) Across Malaysia Salary Open to discuss Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for handling all warehouse\'s logistics operation and lead the entire warehouse and logistic team with full responsibilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Establish, implement FIFO system and monitor an effective operations strategy.
\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze inventory data and produce accurate and timely reports.
\xe2\x97\x8f Implement and control of bar code system.
\xe2\x97\x8f Preserve cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse/ cold room.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor the cold room (Chiller and Freezer) daily activity and the temperature reading.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor the status of warehouse/ cold room\xe2\x80\x99s tools and equipment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor driver/ transporter for local delivery, outstation and export shipment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure accurate implementation of SOP.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for compliance to all HACCP and food safety requirement
\xe2\x97\x8f Any ad-hoc duties assigned by top management from time to time. Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Possess Diploma and above in Business Study or equivalent.
\xe2\x97\x8f 5 years of working experience in related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hard working, mobility and flexible in terms of working hour.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handled warehouse operation with more than 5000 SKUs
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirement and standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent leadership ability
\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in ERP and WMS management system Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM15,000.00 per month Benefits:
