A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
Job Scope
Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
Requirement
Preferably District Manager or Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail, General in Fashion Industry, Footwear, Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.
Electronics and home applications company and or F&B (service line) are also welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
