Develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue.
Manage own sales territory as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Utilize internal sales systems and processes to manage and track sales.
Generate new leads and increase sales pipeline.
Service existing customers and prospect for new clients.
Plan and execute weekly sales visits within the designated area.
Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on KPIs.
Prepare quotations for customers in line with company procedures.
Submit sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (sales, volume, and margin) as per plan.
Execute cross-selling of group products, particularly petroleum products and related services.
