You will play an important role in: Creating applications suited for a live environment; Unit-Testing and End-to-End Testing of Codes; Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and bugs to maintain the quality, organization, and automatization of codes; Writing and modifying applications according to the technical specifications; Working with designers, administrators, project managers, and programmers to develop efficient results; Documentation and coding based on the technical specifications received from clients; Supporting and updating existing applications to ensure the best possible performance, functionality, and responsiveness of applications; Developing strategies to promote the adherence to company regulations and performance goals among team members; Prioritizing urgent tasks to ensure on-time, quality delivery of applications based on the project timeline; Being an excellent team leader in delegating responsibilities, cultivating open communication, overseeing the performance of team members, and providing the necessary guidance to maintain work quality and regulatory compliance. Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we need from you: 2 years plus of experience in Django and PostgreSQL development; Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery; Excellent programming, debugging, and implementation skills; Basic understanding of database designs; Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming; Comfortable with writing, editing, and maintaining Unit/Feature tests; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Preferably candidates who are fluent in reading and writing Chinese; Knowledge and experience in other related fields is an added advantage; Strong dependability at work to conduct self-research in spite of direct project oversight; Strictly applies to Malaysians only.
