As DM People Services Specialist , you'll The DM PS Specialist will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and correct execution of the People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for our employees. The DM PS Specialist will ensure that the procedures listed below and related to DM area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, ensuring that processes are perform and deliver under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties.

Main responsibilities:

Manage WD's local organization changes in P&C programs such as reorg, max plan Validate the data completeness & accuracy of Org data request submitted by FFE (or prefilled by One MDM) Perform the org data maintenance in WD Prefill job change based on new organization and new compensation from documents for P&C further approval needed. Work with WSC team to proceed batch change through EIB Org management according to core model and Company's golden rules Provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, P&C, and PS on all Knowledge Management topics managed in Workday. Monitor compliance with the process's guidelines ensuring service level agreement. Continually seek out ways to improve the process and user satisfaction. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation

About you

1+ of experience managing WD platform for HR moduls. Workday Knowledge of HR processes and data management. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in English (advanced level).
