Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant medical specialty.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
• Proficient in performing patient consultations and providing accurate medical advice.
• Strong medical knowledge and critical thinking skills to assess complex medical cases.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs that align with the company's philosophy of natural treatments based on the Science of Tawhid.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Commitment to providing ethical and evidence-based medical care, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and consultations for patients, utilizing strong diagnostic skills to accurately identify health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide expert medical advice and guidance to patients on various health and wellness topics, incorporating principles of natural treatments based on the Science of Tawhid, while adhering to ethical medical practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care, ensuring seamless coordination of treatment plans and optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement wellness programs that align with the company's philosophy of promoting natural treatments and overall well-being, contributing to the community's journey of 'BANGKITKAN NIKMAT HIDUPMU'.
• Utilize critical thinking and medical knowledge to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear and concise explanations of medical conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
