Job Responsibilities
1. To coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants and clients with regards to the following;
Final Statement of Account (FSOA)
a) Purchase orders
b) Construction Management Firmed Instruction (CMFI)
c) EOT
d) Approved Signatures
Vendor Document Requirements (VDR)
a) Shop drawings
b) 'As-built' drawings
c) Test reports
d) Catalogues
e) Warranties
Others
a) Construction drawings
b) Approved drawings
c) Interim drawings
d) All emails and correspondences
2. To pursue and to monitor progress of submission by vendors on FSOA and VDR in Item 1.
3. To ensure every item of document in Item 1 is properly registered both digitally in computers and servers, as well as all hardcopies to be printed, verified and signed and stored in respective cabinets for eventual inspection and handling over to clients.
4. In charge of all time sheets/attendance reports of all staff with regards to attendance on site.
Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management or relevant field
- At least
5 years' experience
in the related field

Good knowledge of document management systems and electronic filing systems
- Good communication skills to communicate with different level of people on site
