Provide administrative duties and clerical works.
Assist Project team in preparing inspection and handle paperwork when necessary.
Monitoring worker attendance.
To prepare Quotations, Tender Documentations, Submission.
Obtain, organize and maintain construction documents.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence.
Any other duties will be assigned as the management deems fit and will be reviewed from time to time.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
May be involved in maintaining project records, updating databases, and generating reports.
Liaising with HR in head office or other departments on administrative matters .
Requirements
At least Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines
Self-motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
A team player and able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
