OverviewThis role is located in Malaysia.Company DescriptionOur client is a world-leading International Consultant that provides expert consultancy services to customers from inception through to completion. They have forged excellent and continuing client relationships which has enabled them to reach markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.The Document Controller will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and secretarial assistance to ensure an efficient and effective project office management related to the new build manufacturing project. Take, direct, and relay fax and telephone messages. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Help in the planning and preparation conferences, meetings, and conference telephone calls. Make appointment and manage diaries.Prepare and distribute papers and documents for meetings. Scan, send, and log all documents and drawings on the internal system. Plan, administer, and record document flow to and from all appropriate parties including the external and internal suppliers and the project office. Will also take part in activities intended for the improvement of the quality of service delivery in keeping with the company policies.Education and ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have a Secretarial Diploma or equivalent and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. Will have advanced knowledge and experience in computer applications such as MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working experience on Procore will be an advantage.
