Main responsibilities: Manage, supervise, and monitor the Project Delivery Division (PDD) Documentation System/Log, which includes overseeing project records, documents, correspondence, filing, backup (soft copy/hard copy), and other information. Additionally, administer daily operations and ensure the safekeeping of records. Tasks: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain, manage, sustain, and upgrade the PDD\'s Documentation System/Log Record; \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive, record, register, scan, distribute, and hyperlink all project correspondence/documentation, including incoming and outgoing letters related to the PDD Registry List System/Documentation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly report on incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents, providing statistical summaries and status updates; \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and implement an efficient distribution method for ongoing and controlled documents; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all soft copies of correspondence are properly hyperlinked to the registered record within the stipulated time; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other related tasks as instructed by the management. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of a Diploma is required; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least two (2) years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications; \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, analytical, and resourceful with a strong sense of integrity, capable of working effectively in a team environment; \xe2\x80\xa2 Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills; \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Disciplined and driven, with a focus on achieving results and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad ("PAAB") is a wholly owned company of the Minister of Finance Inc., incorporated on 5 May 2006 with the objective of being the holding company for the nation\xe2\x80\x99s water assets. PAAB forms part of the Government\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to restructure the water services industry in the country to achieve better efficiency and quality, as well as to ensure sustainability of the industry. Our main responsibility is to develop the nation\xe2\x80\x99s water infrastructure in Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan, using competitive financing sourced and obtained from private financial market. The water assets are then leased to water operators licensed by the industry regulator, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) for operations and maintenance.
