A Technical Drafter is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation of all technical and submission documents. The daily task consist of producing a Technical Site Survey Report, Technical Proposal, installation completion report with before and after picture report, As-built drawing, Acceptance Checklist, site-pack submission and any other related documents for claiming purposes. The report drafter will need to communicate with the Field technical teams for information such as sketches, data and photos. Report Drafter also help Document controller on the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents. Responsibilities: - Prepare technical reports on projects including photo references - Copy, scan and store documents in PDF - Check for accuracy and edit files - Rectify and update technical documents - File documents in physical and digital records - Create templates for future use - Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients - Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Technical Report Drafter or similar role - Familiarity with mobile telecommunications equipment and structures - Knowledge of Autocad will be an added advantage - Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel is a must (a demo is required during interview) - Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) - Proficient with computer is a must - Attention to details - Able to communicate with contractor as well as customer.
