Job Description



Prepare import & export customs documents (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9) using E-Declare / U-Custom. Check and confirm HS codes for all shipments. Ensure all documents follow customs rules and government requirements. Handle permits, approvals and coordination with Customs, MITI, MOH, CIDB, LKIM and other agencies. Calculate duty, tax, excise duty and SST based on shipping terms. Advise customers on import/export procedures, tariff claims and duty exemptions. Liaise with shippers, consignees and authorities for smooth clearance. Prepare monthly reports and update regulatory changes. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
On Safety

Follow and comply with company safety (OSH) requirements. Maintain workplace cleanliness and report any safety issues.
Requirements:

Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in similar field (freight forwarding or logistics). Diploma or degree holder. Good interpersonal skill and able to work with minimum supervision. Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Malay. Computer literate (Ms Office).

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
