Flexmodus Sdn Bhd is a full turnkey contract manufacturer since 2007. Our facilities located at Selangor and Melaka. We provide solution from Cable Harness - Electro-Mechanical module assembly- Panel & Box build assembly and System Integration.
Our strong support business partner from PCBA, sheet metal and precision engineering, we complete our solution as preferable and reliable contract manufacturer.Our Supply-Chain-Management (SCM) team extended the services to Inventory Management , KANBAN, Full Kitting and Consignment Services to all our customers. Our business models are focus to HI Mix - Low to Medium volume orders.
# Reviewing the company Quality
Management System (QMS) to ensure
its conformity with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2015.
# Check departmental functions to
ensure all policies and procedures are
clearly understood and effectively
observed regularly.
# Conduct internal quality audit and
maintain documentation integrity.
# Conduct MRM and minutes.
# Coordinate and lead on other
requirements not limited to ESG,
CMRT, EICC, PFAS and JKKP.
# Lead auditor for internal audit.
# Coordinate external ISO audit and
customer audit.
# Perform and manage supplier audit.
# Implement other tasks assigned by
Quality Manager.
