#LI-GMKey Responsibility:Accountable for delivery performance of our Technology Delivery Services (e.g. quality, client satisfaction, financial) for selected accounts and projects.Provide supervision and guidance to both onshore and offshore teams to achieve the delivery targets.Proactively explore and implement new practices and enablement to improve delivery efficiency and quality.Act as Point-of-Contact to clients on delivery matters and facilitate client relationship building.Proactively analyze, identify, prioritize and mitigate delivery risks for overall portfolio and specific delivery project.Demonstrate experience and expertise in driving and managing large scale delivery project (for both Solution Delivery and Application Management projects)Solid experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery teams, and knowledgeable about related methodology, tools, collaboration enablement, people management.Technology Domains: Global Market
Development of global markets trading and order management systemsRole Descriptions:Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes).
