Troubleshoot and repair electronic, mechanical, and sensor-related issues in the units.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Assist the team in servicing and maintaining
commercial composting units
.
Document all service activities, issues encountered, and parts used.
Liaise with the customer service and R&D teams for technical feedback and improvements.
Occasionally travel to customer sites (within Malaysia) for installations, servicing, or troubleshooting.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing home appliances or electronics preferred.
Basic knowledge of sensors, wiring, motors, and PCB boards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel for service jobs (with transport allowance provided).
Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
