Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and clearly explain home appliances including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and various kitchen appliances--to customers. Deliver a premium in-store shopping experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable home appliance solutions. Support and contribute toward achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain attractive product displays, ensure cleanliness, and consistently verify stock availability. Stay updated on the latest product features, promotions, and technological advancements. Gather customer feedback and communicate key insights to the sales and marketing teams. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store staff and management.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Genuine interest in home appliances and consumer electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
