Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop domestic tourism packages within Malaysia.
Plan, coordinate, and execute local tours and travel programs.
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, local tour guides, and service partners.
Promote tourism packages through social media and marketing channels.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel consultation.
Follow up on clients before, during, and after tours to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and tour reports.
Create new tourism ideas and packages targeting the Arab market.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in tourism or travel marketing.
Good knowledge of tourist destinations in Malaysia.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) - Mandatory.
Good command of English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Skilled in using social media for marketing purposes.
Own transportation or willingness to travel when required is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
