This role includes supervising staff, maintaining facilities, and addressing resident needs and concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for communication with overseas stakeholders
• Proven experience in building operations management or facility management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hostel.
• Manage the day-to-day operations team of the hostel, including building maintenance operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
• Monitor resident satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the resident experience, ensuring high levels of harmony among residents in the hostel as well as maintaining cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise hostel staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary supplies and services and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to hostel operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of hostel facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, attractions, and community organizations to enhance the hostel's reputation and attract guests.
• Required to travel to any dormitories within the Inter Great Group of Companies when assigned tasks
